Supporting Thomas Miers as he ‘Runs from Poverty’

For a third year running, ADP is sponsoring one of the team to be part of One Heart Foundation’s life changing and charitable event ‘Run From Poverty’.

Thomas Miers, our Sustainability Graduate, will travel to Kenya in July to run a marathon to raise funds to construct more homes, classrooms and provide seed funding for income generating sources.

Shortly after starting at ADP, the team came back from Kenya in 2017 and presented on the experience and the importance of raising funds for One Heart’s Projects. Tom was so moved by these stories he signed up to sponsor a child through the One Heart Foundation. Her name is Rahab.

Tom has done several charity fun runs before such as the Run for Kids, City2Surf and the Melbourne half marathon. This will be his first full marathon and Tom is ready for the challenge but more importantly the opportunity to travel to Africa and meet his sponsor child, Rahab.

Tom needs to raise $10,000 to make it to Africa.

Please dig deep. Help break the poverty cycle and give these children hope and optimism for their own future.  Your help will go a long way to making a very real and positive change to the lives of so many orphaned children

Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated. To donate follow this link.
