With over 35 years of industry experience, Tim has been a valued member of the ADP team for the past seven years.  A knowledgeable and highly experienced team lead, he is passionate about supporting young engineers on their professional journey and is always on hand to provide mentorship and technical advice.

Tim believes that to truly realise our vision to “Inspire a better world through influence and design”, we need to keep pushing the boundaries in design and delivery. Therefore, he always strives for technical excellence and quality in the design and documentation across all our projects.

Tim finds great satisfaction in visualising the outcome of a design and then seeing it at completion in-situ. A methodical individual, Tim enjoys the organisational behaviour that comes with engineering and not just in design, but in managing a project and a team.

The diverse nature of how Australia operates with various fire authorities, as well as across different states can be challenging for Tim and his team, but he believes a flexible mindset is the first step to success in accommodating each jurisdiction.

Tim has worked on a vast number of projects Australia wide. A key standout was his involvement in Alice Springs Hospital before joining ADP.  The project presented a great opportunity to expand his knowledge of the intricate details of the Building Code of Australia (BCA), making him an asset to our team and our clients. Tim is also working on several cladding projects to mitigate the effects of combustible cladding, which has been a recent feature of concern in the media.

One of his key accomplishments was the delivery of ADP’s ISO 9001 quality management system accreditation which supports our team to bring world-class standards to our projects. Tim continues to lead our IMS & QMS teams and is highly motivated by the positive outcomes we can achieve through consistency, efficiency and working to high standards.
