"There is something really satisfying about being able to work on projects that make an impact on people’s day to day environments."

Simon grew up in the UK and started his career as an electrician, moving into consulting at age 19 during which he completed his degree in 2012. Simon moved to Australia and, over the past 10 years has worked with tier-one engineering firms. This experience has provided invaluable exposure to how different organisations work, from managing major projects and their teams to working with clients.

An innovative thinker, Simon thinks outside the box on all his projects. He researches the latest technologies to support his clients in positioning their developments to be at the forefront in the industry. He is a practical thinker and will continuously assess his clients’ key drivers and how he can go above and beyond their expectations.

Currently, Simon is working on an innovative process for our clients around embedded networks. He works with third-party providers to invest the capital cost, install the systems, and maintain them, thus reducing the clients’ upfront costs on the project and the long-term operational costs of their assets.

Simon is leading our multi-services team on Norwest Quarter, a ten-tower mixed-use development in Norwest, NSW. He is also working with numerous Aged-care and Seniors living operators and developers’ providers in delivering high-end developments across Sydney.

One of his favourite projects, completed before joining ADP, is Manly Andrew Boy Charlton Swimming Pool, a fantastic community project and somewhere he regularly brings his three kids.

An avid Soccer fan, Simon has loved football since a young age and has passed his passion down to his son and his football team, the DeeWhy Academy, whom he coaches every week.
