"The ability to offer technical solutions that deliver on client expectations is what makes me tick."
Frank joined ADP after seeing an opportunity to be part of shaping a young, rapidly growing business and has enjoyed the challenge of delivering bigger and more complex project every year. Frank always knew he wanted to be an engineer. Whilst technically astute, Frank has a deep passion for client and stakeholder relationships management, stemming from his years spent in the family restaurant business.
An effective leader, Frank excels at inspiring and driving his design teams through positive communication and strong internal and external relationships. He is a strong influencer and negotiator and will always seek out the best process to ensure the most efficient delivery for his clients.
Frank has experience across multiple sectors and has worked on several complex projects, one of which was the heritage listed RMIT Building 13 at 405 Russell Street, Melbourne, which he worked on prior to joining ADP. The very complex conversion of the historic building into the home of RMIT’s prestigious Graduate School of Business required considered design solutions and in-depth stakeholder engagement.
Leading the Hotel Grand Chancellor expansion project in Melbourne, Frank has taken the client on a feasibility journey assisting them to understand their return investment and operating as a strategic partner rather than an engineering consultant.
Social connectedness is important to Frank, and he finds it in his local community of West Footscray as well as at ongoing weekly dinners with mates. He is also looking forward to the completion of his new family home, a labour of love for the past 5 years.
