The panel including; Kate Pilgrim from JLL,Simon Haussegger from Cox Architecture and Thomas Ye, the co-founder of co-working provider The Commons gave some great insights on flexibility driving the demand for flexspace, improved space activation, the changing demographics of occupants and WELLNESS.
