The Docklands is a mixed-use development comprising of a Marriott hotel offering 200 premium hotel rooms and 110 contemporary residences across 16 levels.

The Marriott is a landmark for Melbourne and international tourism and the five – star hotel will be Marriott International’s first new-build hotel in Australia in 20 years.

A visionary mixed-use development showcasing Marriott brands’ innovation, approach to functionality and sophisticated style, the hotel will include an open air public infinity pool on the rooftop which is also complemented by a world-class bar and dining facilities overlooking the CBD and the harbour.

A complex architectural design, the towers cantilever over the existing District Docklands retail precinct with an integrated, automated car parking system for the apartments. Our team worked in close collaboration with project stakeholders to minimise the services impact, achieving the required project outcomes through clever planning and design .
