We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jon Shally who has both been promoted to Directors at ADP.
As we continue to grow, we feel fortunate to have such a fantastic team of people driving the best outcomes for our clients, building strong and lasting relationships whilst providing their own unique flair and personality which has been integral to the growth of our diverse and evolving team.

Jon joined the ADP team in 2012 as a Senior Electrical engineer and has proven himself to be an excellent leader and team player. As part of the National Leadership team over the last three years, Jon has supported and implemented some great initiatives within our teams.
When asked about his future aspirations within the role, Jon says, “A key thing for me is continuing to create a great place to work. We have a fantastic team here who are sociable, enjoy working together and are passionate about what they do. For me it’s really important to create a great working environment for staff whilst bringing in interesting and challenging projects to support their personal and professional development.”
Jon has delivered projects across a range of sectors, including retail, residential, health and education, with projects ranging from stadiums, to hospitals and large residential developments. Leading ADP’s commercial and workplace division projects of note include; Frasers Property Australia Head Office, Rhodes; Visa Relocation Project in Barangaroo; JWT Head Office, Sydney CBD; iCare Office Fitout, Sydney; Avant Office Fitout, Sydney and PepsiCo Head Office in Chatswood. One career defining project has been, The Landmark in St Leonards. As one of the tallest buildings in the North Shore of Sydney, this development has been a great learning process, raising the bar in design and overcoming several challenges through collaboration and innovative design.
