Engineering our future

In 2020, we have welcomed 10 extraordinary young engineers to our Graduate Program.

Bringing their passion, humour, enthusiasm to learn and excel in their chosen career path, we are all super excited to have them on board.

Our purpose at ADP is ‘Creating Great Environments with Great People’, determining the potential of what a ‘great environment’ can be. We go beyond the boundaries in engineering and design to deliver the best solutions for the community and our clients.  Equally we have created a business with ‘great people’, empowering our brilliant talent pool of engineers to do what they do best; design and innovate.

The ADP leadership team, who are hands on in the day to day business are always available to give support, guide and mentor our people. They are thrilled with our new additions to the team, and the energy and ideas they bring to the team.

We are also proud that for 2020, we have had a 40% intake of female engineers, an outstanding achievement with the statics showing only 16.8% of those graduating from engineering degrees are female.

To give you an insight into our young engineers we took part in a fun Q & A.
