Mitchell leads the Hydraulic team in Sydney and has over 20 years’ experience in the delivery of hydraulic services in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
His personable and collaborative approach has made him a very successful team leader in the delivery of all building services including MEP, specialist lighting, vertical transportation, acoustic, audio visual and fire engineering.
A third-generation hydraulic contractor turned engineer, with a client centric mindset Mitchell looks to engage with clients, project teams, user groups and stakeholders to deliver above expectations. This collaborative cross disciplined approach with end to end resolution on specific customer strategic initiatives creates a great environment for the project team to deliver on some great projects.
Mitchell’s project experience extends from tall buildings to data centres, health care, education, laboratories, mixed use residential and retail developments, and road and rail transport infrastructure.

A regular technical presenter on Lighting for the Property Council of Australia. Rebecca is passionate about the need to understand and appreciate the role of light and lighting to the human experience of spaces.
Rebecca is a registered electrical engineer with over 20 years’ experience with a focus on commercial, education and research projects. Her in-depth practical experience working on an expansive range of multi-discipline projects has provided her with an understanding of real-world solutions, which ensures successful outcomes and efficient design results. She strives to provide efficiencies outside a projects standard scope, while taking into account specific financial models and considerations behind each project.
Having worked with some of the most creative architectural firms in Melbourne, Rebecca is renowned for her attention to detail and ability to work in close partnership with both client, stakeholders and designers.
